• Post or transmit content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Upload malware, viruses, or any other harmful code

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (ratings, reviews, lists, collections, club posts, etc.).
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
• You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion.

5. Third-Party Content & Services

• Movie and TV show data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and is subject to change without notice.
• StreamVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by TMDB or any streaming platform.
• The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
• Availability and accuracy of streaming platform information, pricing, and content is not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, branding ("STREAMVAULT"), and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@streamvault.app.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
